Affordable Rental Housing Properties and Programs

In 2006, HousingLink released an updated edition of the Directory of Affordable Rental Housing in print. It is now formatted in color-coded sections, with three-hole punched looseleaf pages. This allows for easy and clear copying and annual updates of the primary sections.

The 2006 Directory of Affordable Rental Housing, offers information about rental properties that participate in affordable housing programs and/or provide permanent/long-term affordable housing.

These properties include:

  • Public Housing

  • Project-based housing (Section 8, 236, 515, 811, 202)

  • Reduced rent housing (Section 42)

  • Housing with support services (transitional, supportive)
