Rent Limits
To list on HousingLink, your vacancies must meet our rent limits.
Possible exceptions for meeting the rent limit criteria include:
- If the unit has accessibility features for someone with a physical disability
- If the unit has undergone a lead-based paint hazard reduction with assistance from a HUD-funded Lead Hazard Control Program
Note: These are rent limits for the HousingLink Housing Search tool and are based on rents that are no more than 30% of the monthly median household income for the county in which the listing is located.
