Vacancies need to be under HousingLink's rent limit (or maximum) to be listed in hList.

Possible exceptions for meeting the rent limit criteria include:

If the unit has accessibility features for someone with a physical disability

If the unit has undergone a lead-based paint hazard reduction with assistance from a HUD-funded Lead Hazard Control Program

The rent limits are based on the Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Fair Market Rent Limits , Minnesota Housing's (MHFA) Section 42 rent limits, and local housing authority payment standards in the Twin Cities Metro Area.
