What is listed in the PMVR?

HousingLink's PMVR lists vacancies and waiting lists in the Twin Cities seven-county metropolitan area. Listings include:

• Properties at which the rent is considered affordable based on HousingLink's rent limits

• Properties that state a willingness to accept a Section 8 or other housing voucher*

• Properties that have physical accessibility features

(*Not all of the properties listed in the PMVR work with Section 8 or other voucher programs.)

Service agencies can subscribe to the PMVR. With this FREE subscription, you will automatically receive the PMVR by email every Monday morning.
