If you are in this situation you should contact the county where you live to find out how to get the assistance. NOTE: you will likely need to provide the eviction notice, copy of utility bills and/or the disconnection notice, I.D., proof of your current address, and more to receive the assistance. Apply by attending an overview session and complete an application and interview. Overview sessions are held at Century Plaza, 330 South 12th Street, Minneapolis MN 55404. Sessions are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday throughout the day at 8:30 AM, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30, 1:00 PM, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00, and on Wednesday at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
