Mental Health Resources, Inc. is opening its Section 8 voucher waiting list lottery at 8:00 am on December 14, 2016. It will close at 3:00 pm on December 16, 2016. MHR will hold a computer generated lottery to randomly choose 1000 qualified pre-applications to be placed on the waiting list.
