HOPE Harbor Wait List

• Applications can be filled out in the lobby area of HOPE Harbor, 7 days a week, from 8:00am – 5:00pm. From 5:00pm – 8:00pm applications can be picked up from HOPE Harbor but cannot be filled out in the lobby.
• Once received, applications are date and time stamped.  Applicants are put on the waiting list based on when their application was received.
• Applicants are encouraged call or stop by the building if they have any changes to their contact information.
• Applicants will be contacted via phone/mail once they have reached the top of the list.
• Once applicants have been contacted they will have an intake with the Property Manager and eligibility will be determined at this time.
• The time frame from initial contact to approval can vary.
• Applicant approval is based on whether or not they meet our Resident Selection Criteria.
