The St Louis Park Housing Authority five bedroom public housing waiting list is opening at 8:00 am on Tuesday, September 15th - 4:00 pm on Thursday, September 17th.

Applications are only accepted online. Translation is available in 60 different languages. Applications are not available in the housing authority offices, and fax or e-mail requests are not be accepted. The housing authority will not provide telephone assistance for applications.
Applicants needing a reasonable accommodation should contact the St. Louis Park Housing Authority at 952-924-2579 or TTY: 952-924-2518 in advance. All applications, including individuals with a reasonable accommodation, must submit the application while the waiting list is open.
- Local Preference: Live, work, hired to work, or someone in your household attends K-12 school in St. Louis Park, MN.
- Veteran, widow or widower of veteran.
A minimum of six (6) and maximum of ten (10) persons* are allowed in a five bedroom unit.
*The Housing Authority will assign one bedroom for each two persons within the household with exceptions outlined in HA policy including: persons of the opposite sex other than spouses/partners and children under 12 will not be required to share a bedroom, single parent households will have one bedroom allocated to the single parent, live-in aides will be allocated a separate bedroom. The household size must not exceed two persons per bedroom plus two persons per sleeping area.
Households may not earn more than these income amounts:
6 person household - $91,100
7 person household - $97,350
8 person household - $103,650
9 person household - $109,900
10 person household - $116,200
Applications must meet income and occupancy eligibility requirements. The Housing Authority will conduct a random computer generated lottery of all eligible applications for 1000 names to be placed on the four bedroom public housing waiting list.

Applications must meet income and eligibility requirements. The HA will place 50 applicants on the waiting list through a random drawing from all applications received. If over 50 applications are received, the HA will reserve 50% of waiting list placements for applicants who live, work or attend school full-time in St. Louis Park. The remaining waiting list placements will be chosen using a random sort of all remaining applicants.
Applicants can only be on one application.
