Housing Authority Waiting List
HousingLink's Housing Authority Waiting List for Metro Area Counties contains the most current information on the status of Section 8 Voucher and Public Housing waiting lists in the Twin Cities seven-county metro area. This report is updated whenever a change in waiting list status occurs.
NEW OPENING
The St. Louis Park Housing Authority will accept applications for its two- and three-bedroom waiting lists Tuesday, September 14, and Wednesday, September 15, 2010.
Applications may be obtained ONLY by calling (952) 924-2650 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm September 14 and 15.
Completed applications must be returned or postmarked no later than Thursday September 30, 2010.
Applicants must meet income and occupancy eligibility requirements below. The Housing Authority will conduct a lottery of all eligible applications for 300 positions on each waiting list. Only the top 300 applications will be placed on each waiting list.
Public Housing Income/Occupancy Eligibility
A minimum of two (2) and maximum of four (4) persons are allowed in a two-bedroom unit.
A minimum of three (3) and maximum of six (6) persons are allowed in a three-bedroom unit.
