The family affordable housing program offers 1, 2, & 3 bedroom townhomes for working families in Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Farmington, Hastings, Inver Grove Heights, Lakeville, Mendota Heights, and Rosemount. Income limits apply.

$620 - $640 for two bedrooms
$675 - $695 for three bedrooms

How to Apply
The estimated length of wait on this list is 6 - 18 months. Apply in person at the CDA office (1228 Town Centre Drive, Eagan), from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Applications are also available until 7:00 pm on the third Tuesday of each month.
