What is Twin Cities Rental Revue?
Twin Cities Rental Revue is a quarterly report that allows subscribers to compare market rate shadow and apartment market rents for the seven county metro area and 59 sub-regions (cities, neighborhoods & counties). Subscribers can also evaluate pet policies, security deposits, application fees, utilities residents pay, and background checks in the apartment and shadow markets.The report also includes trending to track the data over time!
This data showcase also features the Demand Index. This gives insight into the searching behavior of renters. It shows what they searched for in the previous quarter, revealing what floor plans (1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, etc.) and building types (apartment, duplex, etc) were most desired.
