Dakota County CDA: Senior Housing
As of 4/1/21 – all Dakota County CDA senior housing waiting lists are open.
Serving adults age 62 and older the CDA’s developments offer residents amenities including community rooms and screened porches to enjoy spaces outside their apartment and interact with other residents.
All buildings are smoke-free.
Rents
Rent based on income buildings have rents from $450 - $807 for a one-bedroom and $667 - $1,021 for a two-bedroom.
Flat rent buildings are $683 for a one-bedroom and $838 for a two-bedroom.
Premium one-bedroom units rent for $861 and premium two-bedroom units rent for $1,058 a month.

1 person household: $55,950
2 person household: $63,950
Income Limits - Premium Unit
1 person household: $88,116
2 person household: $100,704
Preference is given to applicants who currently live, work, or have immediate family (mother, father, son,
daughter, brother or sister) residing in Dakota County.
