Wait List Opens: Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 8 a.m.
Wait List Closes: Friday, September 9, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.

What information do I need to apply?
A valid email address.
Names, Social Security numbers and birth dates for all household members.
Your household’s annual income.
What are the eligibility requirements to apply?
At least one family member must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national or non-citizen with eligible immigration status.
To qualify for a preference, the Head of Household must be age 62+ or disabled.
The applicant and all members of the applicant’s household must disclose the complete and accurate social security number assigned to each household member
You must income qualify per household size. You cannot make more money than these income limits:
1 Person $41,100/year ($3,425/month)
2 Person $46,950/year ($ 3,912/month)
Your household size must qualify for a 1 bedroom unit.
You must have between 1-2 persons in your home.
