Richfield HRA is opening its Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) waiting list lottery.

Waiting List Lottery Opens: 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022
Waiting List Lottery Closes: 4:00 pm on Friday, January 28th, 2022

All completed applications are placed in a lottery. 600 applications will be selected for the waiting list. 95% of the waiting list placements will be households that live, work or attend school full-time in Richfield.

Eligibility
At least one member of the household must be a United States citizen or have legal immigration status.

Gross Annual Income Limits - Total Household Income Cannot Exceed:

1 Person Household: $36,750
2 Person Household: $42,000
3 Person Household: $47,250
4 Person Household: $52,450
5 Person Household: $56,650
6 Person Household: $60,850
7 Person Household: $65,050
8 Person Household: $69,250
